High-performance, wear-resistant PAS-LX GF parts are used as a damping component in the joints of switch point linkages. They dampen vibrations, in turn reducing the dynamic load on the adjacent functional elements. In contrast to conventional metal bushes, they require no lubrication, even though they are subject to constant loads and extreme weather effects. By protecting surrounding functional parts such as drill holes and bolts, the bushings help to extend service intervals. And besides boosting efficiency, that’s also a plus for the environment.
