Diverter wheels
These powered conveyor elements are used to change the direction of flow for goods in a conveying system. Bearing shield and housing
Both of these components are fitted on load-bearing wheels that carry and guide the items moving on the conveying system. The plastic bearing shield protects and seals the wheel bearing, while the housing – also made from plastic – connects the wheel with the conveying system frame. Produced using premium-quality plastics, faigle’s bearing shields and housings are extremely wear-resistant and provide effective resistance against chemicals.
Belt deflection wheels
Used in conveying systems, these wheels help to drive and deflect the drive belt, while also maintaining tension and providing pressure or support. The wheels feature a plastic core with a polyurethane tire, which creates a strong bond and minimises slippage between the belt and the wheel. Belt deflection wheels from faigle are long-lasting and ensure low-noise, low-vibration operation.
Wheel clips
These fasteners enable quick and easy assembly – and disassembly – of load-bearing wheels. Both ends of the plastic clip are attached to the wheel and then used to secure the wheel on the conveying system frame. faigle wheel clips are robust, corrosion-resistant and reusable.
