A former faigle Kunststoffe factory was transformed into a creative studio after staging a workshop for some of the company’s employees and the Managing Director. Our apprentices and their team of supervisors rolled up their sleeves and got down to work on the design for the new space. They also built the studio’s pallet furniture as part of an apprenticeship project. And it goes without saying that the furniture featured faigle wheels, which made it easier to move them around.
The creative studio is widely used and regularly hosts workshops as well as events such as anniversary celebrations, parties for new staff members, and after-work and Christmas get-togethers. And the sound system and bar are the perfect way to get the party started whatever the occasion. For workshops, the studio is also equipped with a projector, flip chart, pinboard and a moderator’s kit.
During lunch breaks, it becomes a space for eating together and relaxing, and a great place for table tennis, too – the speed and around-the-world tournaments are gradually becoming something of a lunchtime tradition. So our people not only have fun and a laugh, it also gets them moving – and moving forward – together.
