PROTOTYPING EXPERT
- Started his career in 2009 with a plastics engineering apprenticeship at faigle
- Served as interim head of the Injection Moulding department for several months
- Qualified as a plastics engineering foreman in 2021
- Currently our in-house prototyping expert
Marco Blum
MANAGING DIRECTOR, FAIGLE INDUSTRIEPLAST GMBH
- A newcomer to the industry, he joined faigle in 2011
- Started out as Director of Operations and Technology
- Alongside his day job, he completed part-time bachelor’s and master’s degrees in industrial engineering
- Took over as CEO of faigle Industrieplast GmbH in 2020
Sabrina Schmid
HR Assistant
- Joined the company in 1990 as a member of the order processing/distribution team
- Since then, her responsibilities have included making recalculations for the financial accounting unit, working in the plant manager’s office, and supporting the procurement team
- Has completed various part-time training courses, including general management, train the trainer and HR programmes
- 15 years’ experience as an HR assistant
Michael Stampfer
R&D Project Manager
- Began his career at faigle with an apprenticeship in plastics engineering
- Went on to train as a plastics engineering foreman
- Served as head of the Extrusion department for over 15 years
- Completed a part-time Master of Advanced Studies in Polymer Engineering
- Took over as an R&D project manager in 2016
